You Can’t Have Value Without Equity, Interview with Dr. David B. Nash, the Father of Population Health

In this awesome conversation with Dr. David B. Nash, the Father of Population Health,  he shares his experience as a patient during his recent spinal-fusion surgery, tells us about his book, How Covid Crashed the System (system failure was a huge part of it!), and talks to us about how to move forward in an inclusive way. 

Dr. Nash said “You can’t have value without equity,” and said they coined the term “No outcome, no income,” more than a decade ago. He is passionate about the health of the community, and it was enlightening to hear his perspective on how to build a better system.

Dr. David B. Nash, is  Founding Dean Emeritus, Grandon Professor of Health Policy at Jefferson College of Population Health & Author of How Covid Crashed the System.
